NOTE: ITINERARY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Day One (Wednesday, September 9th)
ARRIVE IN ATHENS
Arrive in Athens and enjoy a smooth private transfer to your hotel in the historic center. Take time to settle in, stretch your legs, or enjoy rooftop views before heading out for an evening neighborhood food walk. With a local guide, explore lively streets while sampling traditional dishes and learning about Greek flavors, making this a relaxed and welcoming first night in Greece.
Day Two (Thursday, September 10th)
ISLAND BOUND
After breakfast, transfer to the port and board the ferry to Paros, with private transfers waiting on both ends. Once on the island, check into your accommodation and spend the rest of the day at your own pace. Wander nearby streets, dip your toes in the sea, or simply slow down and settle into island life.
Day Three (Friday, September 11th)
VILLAGES + SEASIDE VIEWS
Today’s private guided tour introduces you to Paros beyond the beaches. Explore charming villages, scenic viewpoints, and traditional architecture while learning about island life from a local expert. The experience ends with a leisurely seaside lunch, offering time to savor the setting before returning to your hotel for a relaxed afternoon.
Day Four (Saturday, September 12th)
BEACH DAY, YOUR WAY
This day is intentionally unstructured, giving you the freedom to experience Paros however you choose. Spend the day exploring beaches, relaxing at a beach bar, or discovering nearby villages. Whether you want sun, water, or wandering, today is about following your own rhythm.
Day Five (Sunday, September 13th)
SANTORINI IS CALLING
Travel by high speed ferry from Paros to Santorini, then settle into your clifftop surroundings. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy self-guided activities like exploring iconic towns, go shopping, take in sweeping caldera views, or enjoy a walk between villages. This is your introduction to Santorini, designed with space to explore without a packed schedule.
Day Six (Monday, September 14th)
SIP, SAVOR, COOK
This morning, dive into Santorini’s culinary traditions with a small group cooking class and wine tasting. Visit a local winery to learn about the island’s unique grape varieties, then head to the kitchen for a hands on cooking experience with a local chef. Sit down together to enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared, paired with regional wines.
Day Seven (Tuesday, September 15th)
SUNSET SAILING
Spend the day at leisure before boarding a catamaran for an afternoon and evening cruise along Santorini’s coastline. Swim, snorkel, and relax onboard before enjoying a Greek style dinner as the sun sets over the caldera. With drinks flowing and views unfolding, this experience is a true highlight of the trip.
Day Eight (Wednesday, September 16th)

Money/Currency
The national currency of Greece is the Euro (EUR). Most establishments in Greece accept credit/debit cards and do include bank fees and are subject to the current conversion rate which does not vary much. Please check with your bank ahead of time so there are no surprises. It is recommended to bring some Euro along with you because withdrawing cash has a high fee associated with it.
Travel Insurance
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money, you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. Your premium is related to your trip cost, so you don’t have to worry about being over-insured. We want to make your travel experience seamless, so sign up and we will get a travel insurance policy for you, or we can provide you with a no obligation quote. If you opt not to go with our preferred travel insurance provider, you are required to get your own and proof of insurance may be requested before the trip.
Payments and Payment Plans
All payments to Lesbifriends Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Lesbifriends Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
When you sign up for a trip, you are automatically signed up for monthly payments and your confirmation email will clearly note your due dates and amount. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
A $75 late fee will be applied to all payments made after the 3-day grace period. Your trip is subject to cancellation after two missed payments.
-
If you are traveling alone and do not want to spend the extra money for a single occupancy room, we are happy to match you with a like-minded traveler to be your roommate on this trip. We understand that the extra money spent in getting your own room takes away from the money available for you to splurge while on vacation.
For that reason, we extend each traveler the option of having us pair you with a suitable roommate for no additional cost. Roommates are paired based on room selection and a potential roommate questionnaire if there are several solo travelers. Before the trip, you will be introduced to your roommate, with plenty of time for you to get to know each other before we reach our destination.
