By attending any Lesbifriends Travel trip or event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Photo & Likeness Release

1. You grant Lesbifriends Travel and its agents the irrevocable right to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture your image, voice, and likeness during any Lesbifriends Travel event or trip. 2. You grant full permission to use such media in marketing, advertising, promotional materials, and publications across digital and print platforms without compensation.

Opt-Out Preferences

1. While this release is legally binding, we recognize and respect individual preferences regarding personal privacy. 2. If you do not wish to have your photo or likeness used in marketing materials, you must notify us in writing prior to or at the start of the trip or event. 3. We will make every reasonable effort to honor such requests, although complete exclusion cannot be guaranteed in group or candid settings.

Intellectual Property

All photographs and video content taken by Lesbifriends Travel representatives during trips and events remain the property of Lesbifriends Travel.
