Our Annual Cozy Retreat

February 16th - 19th, 2024

Our annual winter trip has been going strong since 2011, and we don’t want you to miss our next one!  President’s Day Weekend (one less day for you to take off of work), join 40 Lesbifriends as we take over Deep Creek.  We rented two cabins that are side by side and added a house down the road, are bringing talented Chef Shay from Baltimore to make delicious meals and will be turning up the entire 3-day weekend in the hot tub when we aren’t snow tubing, going on a nature hike, playing ice breakers, or having a talent showcase. 

Activity Level: “I’m Chillin”

No rush, just sit back, relax, and let yourself go. Walking is to a minimum, one mile at max during the day. Take your time and enjoy the moment!

About The Accommodations

Log Retreat is unique estate property with a boat slip made up of two of homes, Log Mahal and Log Hut! With nine bedrooms total and expansive outdoor spaces, Log Retreat is a wonderful way to accommodate your next family reunion or large group retreat. Experiences are endless at this luxury estate. Come together around the central fire pit, hang out in massive yard space, or divide off and enjoy some peace and quiet in either of the two hot tubs or catch some rays while relaxing on the decks of the two homes. We just added Bear Foot Cove, a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom 1.3 miles or a 3 minute drive from Log Retreat.

  • If you are traveling alone and do not want to spend the extra money for a single occupancy room, we are happy to match you with a like-minded traveler to be your roommate on this trip. We understand that the extra money spent in getting your own room takes away from the money available for you to splurge while on vacation.

    For that reason, we extend each traveler the option of having us pair you with a suitable roommate for no additional cost. Roommates are paired based on room selection and a potential roommate questionnaire if there are several solo travelers. Before the trip, you will be introduced to your roommate, with plenty of time for you to get to know each other before we reach our destination.

  • Do you know someone who is interested in joining our trip but has not been to a Lesbifriend event or trip? Here is your chance to save a little money while bringing them on a trip of a lifetime!

    For every traveler that you refer to our trip, you will receive up to a $150 ($25 cash, $50 current trip credit, or $75 future domestic trip credit, or $150 future international trip credit) referral bonus once that person pays in full. There is no limit to the amount of people you can bring and the referral bonuses you can receive; the only condition is that anyone you refer has not already signed up with LesbiFriends.
