A soft Saturday morning, a gentle return to your body, and a community ready to receive you exactly as you are. ☮
Lesbifriends Travel is partnering with Dr. Udim Isang of Ufan Ima Institute for a 90-minute virtual gathering rooted in movement, breath, reflection, and community care. This is not about performance, fitness, or getting it right. This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and move intuitively in a space designed to support nervous system regulation, softness, and embodiment.
For 90 minutes, we will hold space together to remember what it feels like to breathe deeply, move freely, and rest fully in our bodies. Whether you arrive depleted, energized, curious, or somewhere in between, there is a place for you here.
For privacy, the event’s Zoom link will be shared with confirmed attendees a few days before the event.
What We Will Explore Together:
🌬️ Breathwork to anchor and ground.
🌀 Gentle stretching and intuitive movement to reconnect with your body.
🧘🏾 Meditation and nervous system support for deep regulation.
📓 Journaling and optional creative reflection to process what arises.
💛 Community integration and presence to remember we are not alone.
This Offering Is Especially Welcoming To:
Queer and trans folks
Neurodivergent individuals

No dance experience, flexibility, or special equipment is needed. You are encouraged to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and participate in ways that feel supportive to you.
