Stretch & Sketch: The Art of Alignment

This is not your average wellness workshop. It’s a creative, connective, and deeply embodied experience designed for Black queer women who want to move, create, and heal together.

Led by a powerhouse duo, Maya & Rachel, they will be blending physical wellness with creative expression, this 90-minute immersive session invites you to stretch beyond the surface—literally and figuratively. You’ll explore gentle partner-based movement and breathwork before transitioning into playful, no-pressure art-making. We’re talking body awareness, bold color, and space for reflection, all set to a grounding flow of music and community energy.

Come solo or with a friend. Leave with more alignment, more joy, and a heart full of expression.
