Grab your laptop, your to-do list, and whatever you have been meaning to get to but keep pushing off. Lesbifriends Travel and I Am Mai Creative are teaming up for a monthly coworking day at Constellation, a cute and comfortable cafe in Crystal City. Whether you are handling emails, working on a project, studying, job searching, or just checking things off your list, this is your space to settle in, focus, and be around community while you do it.
The vibe: productive, relaxed, and low-pressure. Come to focus. Stay for the light conversation. Leave when you need to. This is a real coworking day, not a networking event or a six-hour hangout, but there will absolutely be room for hellos, chats, and connection throughout the day.

This is a meet-up opportunity, not an official Lesbifriends Travel partnered event. We are not affiliated with Constellation.
Who This Is For:
Queer community members who work remotely, own a business, freelance, create, study, job search, handle administrative tasks, or just have something they want to focus on around other people.
You do not need to be an entrepreneur or work in a specific field. This is especially for those who enjoy body doubling or quiet community while getting things done.
Outing Flow:
Come and go as you please throughout the day. Hosts will be there from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
10:00 AM: Hosts begin coworking and start looking out for registered attendees
10:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Quieter focus time with organic hellos and light conversation
12:00 PM to 2:00 PM: Continue working. The cafe tends to be livelier around lunchtime. Grab something from the Constellation menu or step out to a nearby restaurant
2:00 PM to 4:00 PM: Afternoon work block with optional conversation
4:00 PM: Hosted window ends. Anyone who wants to keep working can stay independently until the cafe closes at 6:30 PM
There is no formal agenda, group activity, or expectation that everyone arrive at 10:00 AM or stay until 4:00 PM. Come for two hours, come for six, come whenever it works for you.
About Constellation
Constellation is a warm, comfortable cafe in Crystal City serving breakfast, lunch, coffee, cocktails, and more throughout the day. Bring your appetite and your dollars to keep this beautiful space thriving.
What to Bring?
Laptop, charger, and any other work materials
Headphones (recommended, especially during the busier lunch hour if you prefer deeper focus)
Notebook, planner, or whatever else keeps you on task
Your card or cash to purchase food and drinks

You must register individually, as each attendee is required to sign a photo release/waiver and agree to our terms & conditions.
Please note: You must click the "RSVP" button at the bottom of the registration page in order to secure your spot.
All event payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where Lesbifriends Travel cancels or reschedules an event.
By attending this group outing, you agree to being photographed. However, if communicated, we will try our best not to capture you in photos and post you publicly. That request must be communicated ahead of time/at the beginning of the outing to photographer and host.
