Danielle (Dee) René (she/her) is a multi-hyphenate storyteller who centers the Black Lesbian and Queer experience in her work as a writer, artist, and creative director.

The driving force behind her many creative endeavors is the question, "What do we owe each other?" That question shows up in everything she touches, from producing events that help people connect, to creating art that highlights how we show up for ourselves and others. Her work as a creative director also opens the door for other entrepreneurs to take their ideas from concept to execution, helping Black womxn, especially Black Queer womxn, to live their dreams out loud.

Right now, Dee is focused on supporting other creative entrepreneurs and building out small social clubs, including the multi-city 'Cule Club, a space for polyam and ENM folks, and the upcoming Thursday Night Social Club, a low-cost monthly meetup for members. She is also developing a wine enthusiast club, working on screenplays, writing short stories, and creating new art pieces.
