Membership
Terms & Policies
These Terms & Policies govern participation in The Passport Club and Passport Plus memberships. By registering for or participating in any membership offerings organized by Lesbifriends Travel, members agree to the following:
MEMBERSHIPS OVERVIEW
Passport Club
$199 annually
Passport Plus
$399 annually
Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Membership fees are non refundable and non transferable.
Benefits apply only to the active member and may not be transferred to another traveler.
FOUNDING MEMBER STATUS
Members who join on or before December 31, 2026 will receive Founding Member status.
Founding Members will retain the $199 Passport Club membership rate for life as long as membership remains active and renews without interruption.
If membership lapses, the member will be subject to the current membership pricing at the time of renewal.
PASSPORT CLUB BENEFITS
Annual Trip Credit
Members receive one $100 trip credit per membership year.
The trip credit:
• May be applied to an eligible Lesbifriends trip
• May only be used by the member
• Has no cash value
• May not be transferred to another traveler
• Expires at the end of the membership term if unused
Lesbifriends reserves the right to exclude certain promotional offers, special pricing opportunities, or heavily discounted trips from credit eligibility.
Early Access to Trips
Members receive access to newly released trips seven days before public release.
This benefit allows members the opportunity to:
• Secure their spot before public registration
• Access limited capacity trips before they sell out
• Review upcoming trip details before the general community
The early access period may vary for certain trips and special promotions.
Event Discount
Members receive 10% off eligible Lesbifriends events.
Eligible events are those hosted exclusively by Lesbifriends Travel.
Events may be excluded when they involve:
• Guest facilitators
• Revenue sharing agreements
• Collaborating organizations
• Partner businesses
• Special fundraising events
Eligible events will be clearly identified at registration.
Travel Flex Benefit
Life happens.
Passport Club members may transfer payments from one Lesbifriends trip to another under the following conditions:
• Cancellation must occur at least 120 days before trip departure
• Funds may be transferred to another Lesbifriends trip
• Transfer credit remains valid for up to 18 months from the cancellation date
• Benefit applies only to the member's reservation
Transferred funds may not be converted to cash refunds.
Priority Waitlist Placement
Passport Club members receive priority placement on trip waitlists.
If a trip sells out, active members will be given priority consideration before non members who join the waitlist afterward.
Priority placement does not guarantee a spot will become available.
Event Cancellation Benefit
Passport Club members may cancel eligible events up to ten days before the event date.
Members will receive a refund less any payment processing fees charged by Stripe or any future payment processing platform.
Processing fees are retained by the payment processor and are not retained by Lesbifriends Travel.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Passport Club WhatsApp Community
Members receive access to the private Passport Club WhatsApp group.
The purpose of the group is to:
• Build community
• Share travel inspiration
• Discuss destinations
• Connect travelers
• Share membership opportunities and updates
Lesbifriends Travel reserves the right to remove members whose behavior negatively impacts the community experience.
Travel Council
Passport Club members are invited to participate in the Travel Council.
Travel Council opportunities may include:
• Destination voting
• Survey participation
• Feedback on trip concepts
• Experience recommendations
• Community planning discussions
Travel Council feedback is advisory only.
Final decisions regarding destinations, pricing, vendors, accommodations, and itineraries remain the responsibility of Lesbifriends Travel.
Member First Look
Members receive early access to destination previews and future trip concepts before they are publicly announced.
Examples may include:
• New destinations
• Future retreats
• Upcoming collaborations
• Pilot trip concepts
Participation or interest does not guarantee a future trip will be launched.
Annual Passport Club Merchandise
Members receive one Passport Club merchandise item during each membership year.
Merchandise may include:
• Apparel
• Travel accessories
• Bags
• Limited edition items
Item selection may vary from year to year.
PASSPORT PLUS BENEFITS
Passport Plus includes all Passport Club benefits plus the following:
Annual Travel Strategy Session
Passport Plus members receive one private 30 minute Travel Strategy Session per membership year.
Topics may include:
• Flight recommendations
• Arrival and departure planning
• Travel logistics
• Trip preparation
• Loyalty programs
• General travel strategy
Unused sessions do not roll over to future membership years.
Customized Accommodation Requests
Passport Plus members may request enhanced accommodation options for Lesbifriends trips when available.
Examples may include:
• Larger rooms
• Premium room categories
• Better views
• Additional space
• Specialty accommodations
Lesbifriends Travel will coordinate with travel partners to identify available options and pricing.
All upgrade costs are the responsibility of the traveler.
Availability is never guaranteed.
Priority Support
Passport Plus members receive priority responses to trip related questions and requests.
Priority support does not guarantee immediate response times but does provide expedited attention whenever reasonably possible.
VIP Recognition
Passport Plus members may receive additional recognition and appreciation opportunities throughout the year.
Specific benefits may vary.
Passport Plus Availability
Passport Plus is intentionally limited to preserve the personalized nature of the program.
Lesbifriends Travel may limit the number of Passport Plus memberships offered annually.
Current internal membership cap: 20 members.
Lesbifriends Travel reserves the right to increase, decrease, remove, or modify membership limits at any time.
PROGRAM CHANGES
Lesbifriends Travel reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, policies, and program structure as the program evolves.
Any significant changes will be communicated to active members.
