Come Walk It Out With Us 🚶🏽♀️
Lesbifriends Travel is linking up with We BE Walkin' for a Saturday morning movement gathering designed to slow the weekend down in the best way possible. Think fresh air, a scenic walk through the National Arboretum, a grounding yoga flow with a beloved instructor Devyn, light snacks, and meaningful connection with your community.
And if you want to take the stillness even further, bring a sketchbook or grab some supplies on-site and let nature be your canvas. Color, draw, and create at your own pace.
For privacy, the exact event location and details regarding parking will be shared with confirmed attendees a few days before the event.
Here Is How the Morning Flows:
We will meet at 9:30 AM for check-in and icebreakers, then hit the West Sidetogether, a gorgeous 2.8-mile beginner-friendly trail that winds through the Arboretum. Once we finish the walk around 11:30 AM, we will regroup for a group photo, then settle into a 30 min guided yoga flow with Devyn. After yoga, we close the morning with snacks, sketchbooks, and good company. Stay as long as you like, find a quiet spot on the grass, and let the Arboretum inspire you. Colored pencils, markers, and drawing supplies will be available, or bring your own favorites. No artistic experience needed. Just curiosity and an open heart.
This is your soft landing at the end of a full, beautiful weekend.
