Mya “Mayy” Bennett is a licensed nail technician and multidisciplinary art enthusiast who seamlessly blends beauty, creativity, and healing into transformative experiences. Through nail artistry, handmade goods, and therapeutic art spaces, she helps women and youth express themselves authentically, reconnect with their confidence, and prioritize their mental wellness in tangible, accessible ways.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in art therapy and psychology and is currently pursuing her graduate degree to become a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Alongside her academic work, she is a certified Mental Health First Aider and actively partners with nonprofits, churches, and community organizations to facilitate trainings and conversations around the importance of mental health for men, women, and children. Her goal is not only to support individuals, but to equip entire communities with the tools to recognize, respond to, and care for mental health needs with compassion and competence.

Her broader body of work is rooted in art as a pathway to healing, self-discovery, and faith-led growth. From thoughtfully curated creative workshops complete with guided notebooks and hands-on art activities, to intimate one-on-one sessions, every offering is intentionally designed to feel safe, affirming, and empowering. Participants leave not only with something they created, but with a deeper understanding of themselves.

Whether through nails, visual art, mental health education, or creative reset spaces, she believes beauty and healing can coexist. Her work reminds us that self-expression is powerful, mental wellness is essential, and creativity can be a bridge back to ourselves.
